Hyderabad: The southwest monsoon has completely withdrawn from Telangana, the Meteorological Centre said on Saturday. It said dry weather is likely to prevail in the state for the next five days.
The highest maximum temperature of 34.2Ā°Celsius was recorded in Khammam on Friday, the bulletin said, adding that the lowest minimum temperature of 15.2Ā° Celsius was recorded in Adilabad on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday.
On Saturday, the state received nil rainfall against an the normal 1.4 mm. The highest temperature recorded in the state on Saturday was 37 degree celsius at Nelakondapalle in Khammam while the lowest temperature was recorded at 14.3 degree celsius at Lokari in Adilabad district. In GHMC, the lowest temperature was recorded at 17.3 degree celsius in LB Nagar in Rangareddy district.
