Hyderabad: Income tax department sleuths raided three prominent BRS leaders for alleged tax evasion. Income tax searches are being carried out at the properties owned by BRS Medak MP Prabhakar Reddy, Bhongir MLA Sekhar Reddy, and Nagar Kurnool MLA Marri Janardhan Reddy.
The anti-tax evasion wing of Income tax is searching the real estate properties owned by these BRS leaders including their residences.
BRS Nagar Kurnool MLA Marri Janardhan Reddy party owns Chennai Brothers and J C Brothers garments stores.
BRS Bhongir MLA Shekar Reddy is primarily engaged in real estate ventures based out of Bengaluru.
BRS Medak MP Prabhakar Reddy owns Soni Travels and is engaged in real estate.
Income tax sleuths took the support of security forces to carry out searches at different locations.
