TDP MLA candidate Chintamaneni Prabhakar has 93 cases against him
Chintamaneni and his family own immovable properties worth around Rs 50 crores
By Sistla Dakshina Murthy Published on 23 April 2024 12:54 PM GMTEluru: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Denduluru MLA candidate Chintamaneni Prabhakar have almost 93 criminal cases against him, including a rowdy sheet at various police stations for multiple offences.
Prabhakar is the only candidate with such a high number of cases in his name, including his alleged attack on tahsildar Vanajakshi and attack on former minister Vatti Vasanta Kumar, according to the affidavit submitted to the Election Commission of India (ECI).
Nevertheless, because he filed an appeal with the High Court, the conviction and punishment are not yet in force.
Prabhakar to clash with Abbaiah again
Prabhakar is contesting as an MLA for the third time and he will take on the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) candidate K Abbaiah Chowdary for the second consecutive time in the elections.

Assets: Chinthamaneni and his family own immovable properties worth around Rs 50 crores.
Income: The total income of Chintamaneni and his spouse was Rs 195.6 crore between 2019-23. The TDP leaderās family has movable assets worth Rs 2.50 crores.
Liabilities: Chintamaneni has a gold loan of Rs 10,03,580 in Chaitanya Godavari Grameena Bank and a mortgage loan of Rs 67,30,891. The total liabilities of Chintamaneni and his family are Rs 1.81 crores.
Education: Chintamaneni pursued Intermediate education from CR Reddy College Eluru in 1984-85.
