Telangana govt cancels second-year intermediate exam, grants mass promotion to students
By Newsmeter Network Published on 9 Jun 2021 9:00 AM GMTHyderabad:Telangana government on Wednesday canceled the second year intermediate examination for the academic year 2020-21. The government said all the students will be given mass promotion.
Earlier on April 15, the government canceled the Secondary School Certificate board examination. In view of COVID-19 and feedback obtained from various stakeholders, the central government decided that the class XII exams would be canceled this year. It was also decided that CBSE will take steps to compile the results of class XII students as per well-defined objective criteria in a time-bound manner.
