Telangana IPS Transfers: Gaush Alam is the new Karimnagar Police Commissioner

Telangana: IPS officer Gaush Alam is the new Commissioner of Police of Karimnagar. The sitting commissioner, Abhishek Mohanty, is scheduled to report to Andhra Pradesh as directed by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

In another round of IPS transfers, the top cop, Director General of Police, transferred 20 officials, including non-cadre officials. Major districts like Warangal, Kamareddy and Nizamabad got new police chiefs.

Here is a list of officers and their transfer orders

1. Dr Anil Kumar, IPS (1996), Director General, Telangana Special Protection Force, Hyderabad, is transferred and posted as Additional Director General of Police (Personnel), Director General of Police, Telangana, Hyderabad, duly relieving Mahesh M Bhagwat, IPS (1995) from full additional charge. He is also placed in full additional charge of the post of Director General, Telangana Special Protection Force, Hyderabad, until further orders.

2. M Srinivasulu, IPS (2006), Commissioner of Police, Ramagundam, is transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, CID, in the existing vacancy.

3. Ambar Kishor Jha, IPS (2009), Commissioner of Police, Warangal, is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Ramagundam replacing M Srinivasulu.

4. On promotion to the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Sunpreet Singh, IPS (2011), Superintendent of Police, Suryapet, is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Warangal vice Ambar Kishor Jha, IPS (2009).

5. Chetna Mylabhutala, IPS (2013), Deputy Commissioner of Police, Peddapalli, Ramagundam Commissionerate is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Women Safety Wing, Telangana, Hyderabad.

6. Ch Sindhu Sarma, IPS (20L4), Superintendent of Police, Kamareddy, is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Intelligence, in the existing vacancy.

7. M Rajesh Chandra, IPS (2015), Deputy Commissioner of Police, Yadadri Bhongir, Rachakonda, is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Kamareddy replacing Ch Sindhu Sarma.

8. P Sai Chaitanya, IPS (2016), Superintendent of Police, Telangana Anti Narcotics Bureau, Hyderabad is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Nizamabad in the existing vacancy duly relieving Ch Sindhu Sarma from full additional charge.

9. Gaush Alam, IPS (2017), Superintendent of Police, Adilabad, is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Karimnagar vice Abhishek Mohanty, IPS (2011) relieved from Telangana Cadre.

10. Akhil Mahajan, IPS (2017), Superintendent of Police, Rajanna Sircilla, is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Adilabad vice Gaush Alam.

11. Chennuri Rupesh, IPS (2017), Superintendent of Police, Sangareddy, is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Telangana Anti Narcotic Bureau, Hyderabad, vice Potharaju Sai Chaitanya.

12. Akash Yadav, IPS (2019), Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad City is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Yadadri Bhongir, Rachakonda vice M Rajesh Chandra, IPS (2015).

13. Paritosh Pankaj, IPS (2020), OSD, Kothagudem is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Sangareddy vice Chennuri Rupesh.

14. Gite Mahesh Babasaheb, Ips (2020), OSD, Murugu, is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Rajanna Sircilla.

15. Ankit Kumar Sahkhwar, IPS (2020), who was waiting for posting is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Warangal East while P Ravinder, SPP (NC) who was transferred.

16. A Bhaskar, IPS (2020), who was waiting for posting, is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mancherial, Ramagundam.

17. K Narasimha, IPS (2020), who was waiting for posting, is posted as Superintendent of Police, Suryapet vice Sunpreet Singh.

18. K Shilpavalli, IPS (2020), who was waiting for posting, is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad.

19. Y. Saisekhar, IPS, who was waiting for posting is posted as Superintendent of Police, SIB, Intelligence.

20. P. Karunakar, Superintendent of Police (NC), who was waiting for posting is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Peddapalli, Ramagundam Commissionerate vice Chetna Myrabhutara, IPS (2013).
