Telangana set for high decibel canvassing; KCR, Rahul Gandhi, Rajnath Singh to woo voters

Telangana Assembly polls are scheduled to be held on November 30. The counting of votes will be held on December 3.
While BRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao kicked off the election campaign from Husnabad on Sunday, this week will see leaders from the opposition touring different constituencies.
Before this, KCR gave B-Forms to 51 BRS, while the rest will be issued on Monday. In August, he released a list of 115 out of 119 candidates.
From the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC), Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and some of the senior leaders will kick off the poll campaign in the state. On Sunday, the All India Congress Committee released its first list of 55 candidates. The leaders who left BRS and recently joined the Congress party have been given tickets for the constituencies they demanded.
Rahul and Priyanka will offer prayers at the famous Ramappa temple at Mulugu on October 18. After the temple visit, Rahul Gandhi will start a 'bus yatra'. Both Rahul and Priyanka will address a women's convention.
On the first day, Rahul Gandhi will visit Mulugu and Bhupalapally assembly constituencies. Rahul will take up Padayatra in Bhupalapally with the youth. On October 19, he will visit Ramagundam and Peddapalli, and interact with Singareni, NTPC workers' union leaders & RFCL Workers contract job victims in Ramagundam.
While Priyanka is set to return to Delhi after the women's convention, Rahul Gandhi would continue to attend events in the state.
On the third day, Rahul will visit Nizamabad, and interact with turmeric and sugar cane farmers in Armur.
BJP will also address rallies across the state. Top leaders including Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, and other ministers including Parshottam Rupala and Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti will address rallies in Telangana.
Rajnath Singh will address public meetings at Jammikunta in the Huzurabad assembly segment. BJP MLA Eatala Rajender is expected to seek re-election from the constituency. He will also address a rally at Badangpet in Maheswaram constituency on Monday.
Rupala is set to address a rally at Kalwakurthy on Monday, while Goyal will take part in an event at Jubilee Hills on October 17, BJP sources said.
