This is a person-target investigation: YS Avinash after his father's arrest
Lawyers representing Bhaskar Reddy informed the judge that the latter was not in good health

Following the arrest on Sunday mornings, the CBI took Bhaskar Reddy to Hyderabad from Pulivendula in Kadapa district, and presented him before a judge who remanded him in 14 days' custody.
Lawyers representing Bhaskar Reddy informed the judge that the latter was not in good health, and has high blood pressure. On requesting medical aid and other facilities for Bhaskar Reddy, the judge said the jail superintendent would take care of everything.
Vivekananda, the younger brother of late Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, was found dead at his residence in Pulivendula, on the night of March 15, 2019, weeks before the State Assembly elections.
On Sunday evening, Addressing the media at Pulivendula, Avinash Reddy raised his concern about the CBI investigation and how they have been downplaying some of the caseās most important and cruitial elements shared. "We will persevere in this fight, and the truth will win out. The CBI downplayed some of the case's most important and crucial elements. We have made our concerns known to the CBI Director, the new IO, and the DIG. They have continued to operate in the same manner as the previous IO and have not made an effort to look into the important issues raised," said Avinash.
He explained saying that the death of Vivekananda Reddyās murder was informed to his son-in-law, Rajasekar Reddy, an hour before I received the call. It was the son-in-law who called his PA Krishna Reddy and instructed him to hide the letter and Vivekaās mobile phone. It is clear that it was a murder, but why was it kept under wraps on the specific to hide the letter", he said.
Viveka said that it was he who reached out to the police three times and informed them about the incident. "Even after informing the police, Iām seen as an accused. It was Vivekanandaās son-in-law Rajashekar Reddy who said that the letter written by Vivekananda be hidden. Nothing of this critical information has been investigated. This is run as a person-targeted investigation. We have been asking for an investigation that focuses on the facts," Avinash alleged.
According to the lawyers, the remand report is not maintainable as per law and they are planning to file a counter on Monday. They observed that a DIG rank officer was leading the investigation but in the remand report an ASP rank officerās name was mentioned.
