TS Finance Minister Harish Rao given Health portfolio
It may be recalled that since May 1, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was handling the additional portfolio of health after sacking Eatala Rajender, former TRS leader and current elected MLA from BJP.

It may be recalled that since May 1, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was handling the additional portfolio of health after sacking Eatala Rajender, former TRS leader and current elected BJP MLA from Huzurabad.
Former Telangana Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Eatala Rajender who was facing allegations of land grabbing had been stripped off his portfolio. The Telangana Governor on May 1st, 2021 approved the transfer of the portfolio.
The order read, "On the advice of the Chief Minister of Telangana, the Governor has approved the transfer of the Medical, Health and Family Welfare portfolio from Eatala Rajender to the Chief Minister with immediate effect," said Secretary to the Governor of Telangana.
"Under Clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Telangana hereby allocates the portfolio of Medical & Health & Family Welfare to Sri T. Harish Rao, Minister for Finance, with effect from 9th November 2021," said Somesh Kumar in GO.
Allegations of land grabbing were leveled against the former minister Eatala Rajender, resulting in the Chief Minister ordering an inquiry. Farmers from two villages in Medak district have accused Eatala Rajender of forcibly taking over assigned lands.
Meanwhile, the Telangana government on Monday served notice to the family of newly elected Huzurabad MLA Eatala Rajender for surveying the land housing Jamuna Hatcheries. Jamuna Hatcheries is owned by Rajender's wife.
A high-level official team including half a dozen IAS officials conducted a survey for two days and declared that Eatala's family was in possession of assigned land.
