TS govt allots prime land in Banjara Hills for TRS party office
The 4935 square yard land under Survey No. 403/p is located in Block K, Ward 12, NBT Nagar, Road No.12, Banjara Hills pending regular alienation proposals.

Hyderabad: Telangana Revenue Department has allotted prime land at Banjara Hills to the ruling TRS for constructing a district office.
The 4935 square yard land under Survey No. 403/p is located in Block K, Ward 12, NBT Nagar, Road No.12, Banjara Hills pending regular alienation proposals. The price of the land parcel is Rs 100 crore.
"Government after careful examination, hereby order for allotment of Government land to an extent of 4935 Square yards, situated in T.S.No.18 / p and T.S.No.21 / p, Block K, Ward 12, NBT Nagar, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, correlated to Sy. No.403 / p of Shaikpet Village and Mandal of Hyderabad District, in favor of TRS Party, for construction of TRS Party office of Hyderabad District, pending regular alienation proposals. The District Collector, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary further action accordingly and submit regular alienation proposals in the matter, immediately," reads the order by Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar.
TRS party has announced the construction of party offices in every district.
