Hyderabad: Four judges and two additional judges were sworn in on Tuesday morning by Telangana High Court Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan.
Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan administered the oath of office to judges E.V Venugopal, Nagesh Bheemapaka, Pulla Karthik, and K. Sharath. J. Srinivas Rao and Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao were administered the oath of office as additional judges.
The High Court registrar general K. Sujana first read out, individually, the notification of the President appointing them as judges.
With these appointments, the strength of judges in the Telangana High Court rose to 34.
All the judges of Telangana High Court, Advocate General B.S Prasad, advocates, court officials and others participated in the swearing-in ceremony.
