'Under no circumstances will noise pollution be allowed': TS HC on loud music in pubs

Pub owners suffered a major setback after Telangana High Court refused to modify its order on loud music after 10 pm.
A division bench of Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice CV Bhaskar Reddy was hearing the vacate petition against the order. The High Court directed that under no circumstances will noise pollution be allowed after 10 pm
