Visakhapatnam to host 2nd India vs Australia ODI on 19 March
Cricket fans are super excited after the announcement was made by the BCCI.

Visakhapatnam: After successfully conducting ODIs, Tests, and T20 cricket matches, Vizag city is gearing up to host another match—India vs Australia, 2nd ODI—on 19 March. It will be held at Dr. YSR ACA-VDCA International Cricket Stadium. The last match was held on 14 June 2022.
The ODI marks the 17th international cricket match in Vizag, and cricket fans are super excited after the announcement was made by the Board of Control Cricket in India (BCCI).
The Australian cricket team is in India to play four tests and three ODI matches. After completing the test series, the 2nd ODI match will be played at ACA VDCA Vizag cricket stadium. Mumbai, Vizag, and Chennai will play hosts to the three-match India vs Australia ODI series, which will commence on 17 March.
On Saturday, Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) secretary Gopinath Reddy held a press meeting. “After the successful conduct of matches earlier, Vizag has got another chance. We have planned to have 70% online and 30% offline sale of tickets. We will again discuss with the organising committee and officially make an announcement,” he said.
“I agree that there were issues during the earlier match, but we will make sure to resolve the issues,” he added.
District Collector Mallikarjuna said they will coordinate with all departments concerned to ensure a hassle-free match this year.
Vizag city has hosted 11 ODIs, two tests, and three T20s. It also hosted a few women’s ODIs and T20s and 14 IPL matches.
