Varun Tej all set to appeal to the masses

But, it seems like Varun Tej, who appeared in movies like Mukundha, Fidaa, Tholi Prema, and Anthariksham has gained popularity with his subtle looks and acting skills, has activated beast mode to prove the above notion wrong.
Harish Shankar who gave us movies like Mirapakay and Gabbar Singh, is all set to recreate the same magic with 'Valmiki'. Varun Tej will play the leading role in Valmiki, which is the official remake of the Tamil hit movie 'Jigarthanda' which starred actor Siddharth.
Valmiki's teaser which was unveiled lately created a huge impact, as Varun Tej is seen in a never-before avatar. The teaser gives a glimpse of Varun Tej playing a gangster. His kohl smudged eyes and the bearded look along with that 'mass' appeal has left many impressed.
In Telangana dialect, Varun Tej is seen quoting a dialogue, "Ancestors always warned to save two bullets and use two of them". Varun Tej is being lauded for his expressive eyes and the dynamic impact he has made playing the role of a gangster.
Valmiki is expected to hit the screens on 13th September. Director Harish Shankar appears confident as the teaser has received raving responses from viewers.
