Varun Tej thanks Ram Charan and Tarak for their reinforcement during title controversy

With Harish Shankar as director, the movie Gaddalakonda Ganesh is the official remake of Tamil's hit movie 'Jigarthanda'. The movie was initially titled 'Valmiki', but due to last-minute tensions was renamed 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh'.
It was earlier reported that the film fraternity received shockwaves with this incident. The makers of Valmiki were given a legal notice hours before the movie could hit the screens and were forced to change the title to Gaddalakonda Ganesh. Despite the hurdles, the movie made a good impact at the box-office. The makers of Gaddalakonda Ganesh organized a success meet today.
Varun Tej who is buoyed by the response he has been receiving had thanked everyone and credited his director for making the movie a hit. Varun Tej also spoke about how tensed he felt on the eve of the movie release. With the movie titled under so much controversy, Varun Tej had undergone a lot of stress.
"I was emotionally down when I came to know about the title controversy. My cousin Ram Charan and Tarak filled confidence in me. I cannot thank them enough for being on my side that day. It is overwhelming for me to have such great support from Ram Charan and Tarak", Varun Tej mentioned on an emotional note.
The Gaddalakonda success meet was attended by director Harish Shankar, heroine Pooja Hegde, Mrinalini Ravi, Atharva, Vamsi Chaganti, Devi Sri Prasad, and the distributors.
