Video : Accident at Abids which could have been avoided

Hyderabad: Two bikers collided into each other at Ramakrishna theatre in Abids resulting in their death. The accident that was captured on a CCTV camera reflects that it could have been avoided.
The preliminary investigation finds both riders were sans helmet. While one was trying to cross the road when he collided into another biker. The two were declared brought dead.

According to latest data available with the Cyberabad Traffic Police, rash driving is one of the major reasons resulting in 32 accidents in the last one week. While in 4 cases, driving in the wrong(opposite) side of the road are the reason.
The highest number of deaths and injuries occurred to motorcyclists, 4 deaths and 35 injuries respectively. Pedestrian is the major victim of these road accidents. Within a week, 1 pedestrian lost their lives while 22 got injured in these road accidents.
