'BRS going to capture Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat' defeating BJP: T Padma Rao |
By Newsmeter Network Published on 11 May 2024 3:11 PM GMTKishan Reddy’s non-availability to constituency public and local leaders will cost him dearly in the election, says T Padma Rao Goud, BRS candidate for Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat and ex-Minister. He exudes confidence of BRS win in Secunderabad citing the sweeping mandate given to the pink party in Hyderabad in the assembly elections held a few months ago. 70-year-old Padma Rao, after a 40-year stint in State politics, is now taking a plunge into national politics. BRS having five sitting MLAs under the Secunderabad Lok Sabha segment will act to his advantage and ensure a win for the party, feels Padma Rao. When asked if any of his four sons are keen to follow in the footsteps of their father and take up a political career, Padma Rao said, they are of course keen but, a call on their political entry will be taken by his party supremo KCR and until then his family would wait.
