Hyderabadi Swiggy user spent whopping Rs 6L on 8,428 plates of idlis

A Swiggy user from Hyderabad ordered the maximum number of idlis last year, spending a whopping Rs. 6 lakhs on this south Indian delicacy. The user from Hyderabad ordered 8,428 plates of idlis, including orders placed for friends and family, both while traveling across cities like Bangalore and Chennai.

Swiggy India released an analysis on the occasion of World Idli Day, celebrated on 30 March every year. It revealed that idlis are the second most ordered breakfast item on Swiggy, after masala dosa.
