The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation laid down rules for pet parents to register their pets. Failing to register a pet may result in facing a penalty of Rs 1,000 to Rs 50,000 depending on the violation, apart from having your pet taken away from you. GHMC has shifted the entire process of pet registrations from the earlier manual process to a hassle-free online platform. Hyderabadis can apply online for a Pet Dog license and after successful payment of 50 rupees, the application will be forwarded to officer login.
