At the newly-opened Panchatantra Park in Narayanpet, you will also see the turtle than outran the rabbit and taught all of us that 'slow and steady wins the race.' The new park has several characters from the Panchatantra, an ancient Indian collection of animal fables. The Panchatantra park was built under the state's Pattana Pragathi program. Pattana Pragathi is a 10-day programme that began on 3 June with a mission to increase liveability in urban areas.
