`The Tabernacles': Hyderabad's 55YO Gospel singing group returns to revive Christmas glory

For the unversed, `The Tabernacles' is back to put smiles on people's faces this Christmas. A Gospel singing group, `The Tabernacles' was formed on December 2, 1967, by a group of nine boys and seven girls who were fond of western classical music. Founder Director late Kenneth V. Gibson formed `The Tabernacles' with the motto `Service through Singing '. Presently his son Zubin Gibson, a talented young musician is heading the group. An HR specialist in a leading software organization in Hyderabad, Gibson has earned a name for successfully conducting the group. The group has been at the forefront of helping various charity organizations. Every year the proceeds of the concert are donated to a noble cause like the visually impaired, cancer patients, etc. The group has also embarked on a journey to perform overseas. Tabernacles bring back memories of yesteryears when Late Kenneth V. Gibson toiled hard to bring in the highest standard of quality singing with a dedicated team of singers.
