Ayodhya Ram Mandir replica becomes a major attraction on Vizag’s beach road

Visakhapatnam: The city is now home to a magnificent 91-feet-tall replica of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir, welcoming visitors on the beach road in Visakhapatnam. Built by the Garuda Group, this grand structure opened to the public on May 22.

Designed to mirror the original Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, the replica features an idol of Bala Rama at its center.

Surrounding the temple are stalls offering religious literature, cultural souvenirs and spiritual memorabilia. The initiative aims to strengthen the spiritual connection of Lord Rama’s devotees across the Telugu states.

Previous model displayed in Kumbh Mela

This is not the first such effort by the temple organisers. They previously had created a similar model during the Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, where it received overwhelming public admiration. Now, in Visakhapatnam, they invite devotees and tourists alike to experience the essence of Rama Tattva through this faithful replica.

While the Ram Mandir is open to the public from morning, it gives a mesmerising look in the evenings with the lights on.

Social media is flooded with drone shots and beautiful images of the Ram Mandir, making every person want to visit at least once.
