WhatsApp server goes down

Hyderabad: One of the most popular messaging applications, WhatsApp is experiencing trouble. Several users of the mobile application, on both Android and iOS platforms, have complained that they are unable to send images, videos and stickers via the app.

While text messages are working properly, users face difficulties while updating their status on WhatsApp as well. Whatsapp voice calls and video calls were functioning properly.

The Facebook-owned application’s server has been reportedly down since the past few hours. Following the issues, several users of the mobile app have taken to Twitter to vent their frustration.
