Amid Corona scare, Celebrities train indoors and share tips to their fans

With everyone going into social distancing now, and fitness centres being closed, fitness enthusiasts are finding it tough to manage their fitness routine. However, some film celebrities are combating this challenge by working out indoors at their homes and also sharing their workout videos. Telugu actor Sudheer Babu, who is a fitness fanatic released home workoutvideos on Instagram. In a five-part series, he demonstrated few bodyweight exercises and a cardio regimen. In addition, he suggested exercises which can be done through easily available props at home.
Actress Raashi Khanna posted a yoga pose picture on her Instagram with a caption which says, āLetting go is the hardest asana.. Tuning in and surrendering the self, body and soul, to yoga and just being while on a #homequarantine " Rakul Preet Singh, who is a gym enthusiast was challenged on her Instagram to do a quarantine workout and the actress accepted it and soon she will be sharing the workout video with her fans. Even Bollywood divas are not left behind. Katrina Kaif, along with well known fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala shared a six-step fitness routine which can be done at home during the quarantine period.
While some celebrities prefer to work out in their home gyms, some take up yoga to remain fit. Jacqueline Fernandez shared a video of her performing surya namaskar at her home. The actress even recommends that 20 minutes of surya namaskar is a great workout for everyone. Much before everyone were inclined towards fitness, actress Shilpa Shetty was considered as the poster girl for fitness. In her recent Instagram video, she mentioned that she will share details of yoga asanas which can be practised at home. The actress will be doing an Instagram live on the evening of āJanta Curfewā day on Sunday and share tips about various yoga postures to remain
fit.
Now, it is clear that the pandemic has not dampened the spirits of our celebrities. Even while following the guidelines of social distancing, they are also motivating their fans to continue their fitness routines at their homes.
