Bodies of two women, child found near Jawaharnagar dumpyard

Hyderabad: Bodies of two women and a child were found under suspicious circumstances near the dumping yard located beside the Army Dental College at Jawaharnagar of Hyderabad on April 13. The two women were found hanging from two different trees, while the girl’s body was lying on the ground a few meter away from them. The victims were identified as Sumati, Revanti and Anusha.

On April 13th morning, a passer-by noticed the two bodies hanging and alerted police. On arrival the police found a child’s body next to the trees.

Prima facie, police suspect that the two women might have committed suicide. However, the child’s death is considered mysterious, police said. The police also suspect that the girl child could be the daughter of one of the women.

Though the suicide angle is not ruled out, police are looking into other aspects as well.

Jawaharnagar police registered a suspicious death case and started investigation.
