Fact Check:

This is an old video. The claim is FALSE.

With the help of Google reverse search image, we found that ABP News posted this video on its YouTube channel in 2017.

The Times of India, dated June 27, 2017, states that the students who were raising black flags in front of CM Yogi's convoy were set free after spending 20 days in jail. The students belong to the All India Students Association, Students of Federation of India and Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha.

Even The Indian Express reported the same.

Hence, the claim is FALSE.
