Users claim that it is the picture of Women Engineering College in Kerala.

The claim is False.
NewsMeter performed a Google reverse image search to find the authenticity of the viral photo. It directed us to a report published by bdc-tv.com on November 12, 2017.
We found another report by `Indian New England' published on November 12, 2017. It was headlined "Winds of change: Muslim girls embrace education, aim high"
We also found an official Facebook page of Fatima Girls Inter College that had posted a newspaper clipping in the post on November 13, 2017. "Morning Prayer at College," reads the caption.
It is therefore evident that the claim is False. Girls in burka are from UP, not Kerala.
