Hyderabad Falaknuma Palace’s 'Adaa' makes it to La Liste's top 1000 restaurants list
India made its mark on the prestigious list, with restaurants from Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata gaining recognition

What sets La Liste apart is its unique scoring system, with seven global restaurants receiving the coveted top score of 99.5.
Notably, India made its mark on the prestigious list, with restaurants from Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata gaining recognition. Indian Accent in New Delhi secured the top spot among Indian establishments with a score of 95, reflecting its culinary excellence on the global stage.
Bengaluru's Karavali and Hyderabad's Adaa at Falaknuma Palace followed closely, earning scores of 86 and 84, respectively, making them the second and third top-rated Indian restaurants on La Liste's 'Top 1000 Restaurants in the World.'

3. Adaa at Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad - Score 84
4. Yauatcha, Mumbai - Score 84

6. Jamavar – Leela Palace, Bengaluru - Score 83
7. Le Cirque Signature – The Leela Palace, Bengaluru - Score 82.5
8. Megu, Leela Palace, New Delhi - Score 82
9. Bukhara, ITC Maurya, New Delhi - Score 79
10. Ziya, Mumbai - Score 78.5
In contrast, the global stage witnessed seven establishments receiving a perfect score of 99.5, showcasing the international culinary diversity. These include Le Bernardin (USA), Guy Savoy (France), L'Enclume (England), La Vague d'Or (France), Schwarzwaldstube (Germany), Sushi Saito (Japan), and Lung King Heen (Hong Kong).
