What truly sets Swaad of South apart are its signature dishes, which have become favorites among regulars and newcomers.

Must-tries include the Coconut Shell Idly, Open Butter Masala Dosa, Jigarthanda, Punugulu, Rose Milk, Filter Coffee, and an array of Thalis. Each dish is meticulously crafted to offer authentic South Indian flavors.

During a recent visit, I had the pleasure of sampling their summer specials. The Aam Ras and Puri was a refreshing start, combining the sweetness of mango pulp with the savory puri. The Mango Lassi, another summer delight, offered a creamy and tangy experience that perfectly complemented the summer heat. The Pineapple Cooler was a delightful drink, providing a sweet and tart respite. The Rose Milk was aromatic and soothing, while the Jigarthanda, a traditional South Indian dessert drink, was rich and flavorful.

For those with a sweet tooth, the SOS Special Halwa is a must-try, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The Thate Idli and Coconut Shell Idli were both soft and spongy, with the latter providing a unique presentation and enhanced flavor from the coconut shell. The Mysore Masala Dosa was crispy and filled with a spicy potato filling, while the Butter Rawa Dosa was a buttery, crisp delight.

Traditional dishes like Upma paired with Pineapple Kesar and the classic Puri and Aamras showcase the restaurant's dedication to authenticity. The Rose Cooler and Mysore Jigarthanda are perfect for beating the heat and concluding a meal on a refreshing note.

As Swaad of South continues to expand its presence, it remains steadfast in its mission to share the joy of South Indian culinary heritage with unwavering passion and commitment. Whether you're a long-time fan or a first-time visitor, Swaad of South promises a dining experience that's as authentic as it is delightful.
