List of hospitals & labs authorized to conduct RT-PCR and CBNAAT tests in Telangana

Hyderabad: Telangana government has authorized 39 hospitals and laboratories to conduct COVID-19 tests in the state.
Of the 39 approved hospitals and laboratories, 16 are in government and 23 are in the private sector.
Out of 16 government hospitals and laboratories, 10 are authorized to conduct the RT-PCR test and 6 are authorized to conduct the CBNAAT test.
Among private hospitals and laboratories, 20 are authorized to conduct the RT-PCR test, two are authorized to conduct CBNAAT and one is entitled to conduct the TRUENAT test.
On Thursday, Telangana reported 1676 new COVID positive cases taking the overall tally to 41,018. Ten people succumbed to the infection on Thursday.
