Nara Lokesh reveals family assets, Naidu's wife tops with total assets worth Rs 50 crore

Hyderabad: Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's son Nara Lokesh has revealed the total assets of his family. The assets under Mr Naidu's name is Rs. 9 crore and he has debts of Rs. 5.13 crores. His net assets are worth Rs. 3.87 crores. Compared to the previous year, his net worth has increased by Rs. 87 lakhs, whereas his bank loans have been reduced by Rs. 18 lakhs.

The assets include a residential house in Jubilee Hills worth Rs 8.1 crore which is pledged with the Bank of Baroda and was constructed jointly with son Lokesh between 1985 and 2018, a residential building in Naravaripalli village in Chittoor district worth Rs. 23.84 crore purchased during 2015-16, an Ambassador car worth Rs. 1.52 lakh bought during the fiscal year 1993-94, NSC certificates worth Rs. 0.01 lakh, and balances in saving accounts and cash worth Rs. 74.10 lakh. His total assets are worth Rs. 9.82 crores. His loans and liabilities include the Bank of Baroda housing loan worth Rs. 5.13 crore, bringing his net assets to Rs. 3.87 crore.

Mr Naidu's wife Nara Bhuvaneshwar, meanwhile, has total assets worth Rs. 50.62 crores, while her total debts are Rs. 11.02 crores, bringing her net assets to Rs. 39.58 crores. Compared to last year, her net assets have increased by Rs. 8.50 crores. Her assets include a semi permanent warehouse in Tamil Nadu worth Rs. 1.86 crore in the year 1996-97 to 2009-10, agricultural land of five acres at Serilingampally mandal worth Rs. 73.8 lakhs bought in the year 2004-05, investment in Heritage Foods Limited worth Rs. 19.95 crore from 1992-93 to 2019-20 and investment in Vijaya Bank in 2003-04 worth Rs. 0.02 lakh.

Her investment in unlisted companies includes investment in Nirvana Holdings Private Limited worth Rs. 3.28 crore from 2008-09 to 2010-11, Heritage Finlease Limited worth Rs. 0.01 lakh in 2011-12, Megabid Finance and Investment Private Limited worth Rs. 22.4 lakh from 1995-96 to 2010-11, Nirvana Logistics and Warehouse Pvt LTD. worth Rs. 0.01 lakh, Nirvana Packaging Private Limited worth Rs. 0.01 lakh, Heritage Nutrivet Limited worth Rs. 0.01 lakh. Other assets include a balance in Providence Fund account worth Rs. 2.77 crore, 3.519 kgs gold worth Rs. 1.27 crore, 42.41 kgs silver worth Rs. 8.97 lakhs, other liquid assets, advance and receivables worth Rs. 200.24 crore, and balances in savings bank accounts, cash, and FD worth Rs. 17 lakhs. The total assets are worth 500.62 crores. The loans and liabilities include loans from Bank of Baroda and other banks worth Rs. 4.70 crores and other payables worth Rs. 6.33 crores. Her total liabilities come to Rs. 110 crores, making her net assets worth Rs. 395 crores.

Mr Naidu's son, Nara Lokesh, has total assets worth Rs. 24.70 crores and debts of Rs. 5.70 crores. His net assets are worth Rs. 19 crore, a decrease from the previous year's Rs. 2.40 crores. His assets include a residential property in Jubilee Hills constructed jointly with his father worth Rs. 103.5 crores, agricultural land at Serilingampally mandal pledged to Bank of Baroda in 2001-01 which is a gift from his grandmother, a farm house in Serilingampally mandal pledged to Bank of Baroda worth Rs. 2.21 crore bought in 2013-15, investment on listed companies such as Heritage Foods worth Rs. 2.52 crores from 1992-93 to 2010-18, investment in unlisted companies such as Heritage Finlease Limited in 2011-12 worth Rs. 0.01 lakh and Heritage Nutrivet Limited in 2011-12 worth Rs. 0.01 lakh, motor cars (Ford Fiesta and two bulletproof Fortuners) in 2005-15 worth Rs. 92 lakhs, other liquid assets worth Rs. 8.14 crores, balances in savings bank accounts and cash worth Rs. 54 lakhs. His total assets are worth Rs. 247 crores. while his loans and liabilities are worth Rs. 5.13 crores and total liabilities worth Rs. 5.70 crores. His net asset is worth Rs. 190 crores.

Nara Brahmani, Nara Lokesh's wife, has a total assets of Rs. 15.68 crores, total debts of Rs 4.17 crores, bringing her net assets to Rs. 11.51 crores. Her net assets have been increased by Rs. 3.80 crores. Her assets include a plot at Madhapur bought in the year 1996-97 worth Rs. 17.25 lakhs, open plots in Jubilee hills worth Rs. 8.82 crores, commercial property at Temple steps, Chennai, worth Rs. 48 lakhs, a yet-to-be-registered plot worth Rs. 1.23 crores, investment in listed companies such as Heritage Foods Private Limited worth Rs. 78.51 lakhs, Nirvana Holdings Private Limited investment worth Rs. 1.62 crores, Lotus Chocolates Co Ltd worth Rs. 0.50 lakh, SBI Mutual funds worth Rs. 0.10 lakh, investment in Reliance Power LTD worth Rs. 0.07 lakh, Megabid Finance and Investment Pvt Ltd worth Rs. 1 lakh and an LIC worth Rs. 87.32 lakhs. She also has 2.5 kgs gold worth Rs. 15 lakhs and 97.4 kgs of silver worth Rs. 12.37 crores. She has Rs. 57.47 lakhs in Provident Fund and has other liquid assets worth Rs. 81.7 lakhs. Her total assets are worth Rs. 156.8 crores. Meanwhile, her loans and liabilities come up to Rs. 4 crores making her net assets worth Rs. 115 crores.

Nara Devansh, Mr Naidu's grandson, has total assets worth Rs. 19.42 crores, an increase of Rs. 71 lakh. Mr Naidu had gifted 26,440 shares to Devansh as a gift. The assets include an open plot at Jubilee Hills worth Rs. 161.7 crores, fixed deposits with PNB Housing Finance worth Rs. 3.18 crores, investment in Heritage Foods Pvt Limited, a gift from his grandparents, a silver credle worth Rs. 2.87 lakh, and savings and cash worth Rs. 3.19 lakh. His total assets are worth Rs. 194.2 crores.
