Pharmacy employee booked for hiding number plate with a mask
By Newsmeter Network Published on 23 Sep 2020 12:02 PM GMTHyderabad: The Panjagutta traffic police booked a biker for hiding the number plate using a facial mask. This is not a standalone incident, the enforcement agency has been reporting atleast four such cases in a month, Cops said.
The man has been identifed as Sarfarz Ahmed Khan, a resident of Asif Nagar. A criminal case under section 420 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code has been booked against the man.

Speaking to NewMeter, Panjagutta traffic police inspector M Ravi said, "The accused is a private employee working with Apollo pharmacy. He was caught on Tuesday evening (22nd September) at Somajiguda of Hyderabad. He intended to hide the number plates to avoid traffic challan (fine). The vehicle has been confiscated and a case has been booked against him. He will have to face court trails and during this time a passport cannot be issued".
