Prabhas offers a sneak peek into the sets of his next

Hyderabad: After being postponed for several weeks, Prabhas’ next film finally goes on floors. On Friday, the actor shared an update on his 20th film and revealed that he has resumed shooting for the film. The shoot had been stalled so that Prabhas could take part in the promotional activities of Saaho. Later, he got busy in the gym working on shedding some kilos. Also, there was a delay in the set work of the film and it led to the postponement of the schedule. And yes, finally, it went on floors.

Prabhas took to his Instagram handle to share a photograph of himself from the sets of the film and captioned it as, “Elated to share that I'm resuming shooting for my upcoming film. Looking forward to a fun schedule." The set seemed to be a beautiful house that has been erected at Annapurna 7 Acres. Sources confirmed that the shoot will begin in the popular studios of Telugu cinema.

This film is being directed by Radha Krishna Kumar of Jil fame and produced by Pramod Uppalapati and Vemaredyy Vamsi Krishna Reddy under UV Creations jointly with Krishnam Raju under Gopi Krishna Movies. Also, it is said that Krishnam Raju will be playing a key role in the film, which is tentatively titled Jaan.

The first schedule of the film took place in Italy long back, right when Saaho was also being shot. Since then, due to many reasons, the second schedule couldn’t go on floors for a long time. Pooja Hedge is playing the leading lady in this film in which Prabhas is said to be playing a palm reader. Also, it is said that it is based in the backdrop of 1980s and Europe. The high-budget romantic drama might release in other languages too, keeping the craze Prabhas has.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy fame Amit Trivedi is roped in to compose music and Manoj Paramahamsa will be handling the camera. Reports say that the film will be wrapped up in a couple of months and the makers of the film might release it in the second half of the year only.
