Raghurama Krishnam Raju approaches HC against possible disqualification

It is to recall,YSR Congress Party Rajya Sabha MP V Vijaya Sai Reddy had issued a show-cause notice to Raghu Ramakrishna Raju Kannumuru for criticizing the policies of the government.
The dissent between the duo began, when Mr. Vijaya Sai had issued a show-cause notice to the YSRCP's Lok Sabha MP for his criticism of the Andhra Pradesh government's schemes and policies.
Seemingly unfazed, Raghu Ramakrishna Raju sought to know if YSR Congress Party has an internal committee to deal with inter-party disciplinary issues. He also wanted to know who was heading the internal disciplinary committee of the YSRCP.The MP has sought to know if the internal disciplinary committee is recognized by the Election Commission of India.
YSR Congres Partyās MPs including Vijaya Sai Reddy and others will be meeting Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla on Friday to request him to disqualify Raghu Ramakrishna Raju as an MP.Considering the Covid-19 situation, the High Court may hear the petition of Raghu Ramakrishna Raju on Monday
