TCS employee jumps to her death, as her sister looks on

Hyderabad: Mahati, an HR manager with TCS, jumped to death from the top floor of a multi-storey building at Miyapur in Hyderabad on Tuesday. K Mahati took the extreme step, even as her elder sister Mrudula looked on and tried to stop her.
Mahati was residing at Madinaguda along with her parents. Six months ago, her elder sister Mrudula joined them for her vacation, and on the fateful Sunday, the family were going out on some work. Their parents left in one car and the sisters in another.
After travelling a bit, Mahati complained of some health issue and returned to the flat, while Mrudula waited downstairs. After a long time, when she did not come down, Mrudula went searching for her. Her grandmother told her that Mahati had just left the flat. When Mrudula went to the terrace, she saw her standing on the parapet wall of the water tank.
Even before Mrudula could stop her, Mahati had jumped down, killing herself. Police have registered a case and started the investigation. Her family members have also not raised any suspicion regarding her suicide.
