TVS offers free service for all flood-affected customers in Telangana

In a press release, the company said that this initiative has been undertaken in line with the companyās āCustomer Firstā commitment to cater to the mobility needs and safety of customers and their flood-affected vehicles.
To help people resume their daily routine as early as possible, TVS said that it has partnered with 17 dealers and started a free service campaign from 29 October to 4 November for TVS two-wheelers. The service will include a detailed and comprehensive vehicle check-up to look for any flood-related damages and immediate repair. The company is also associating with various insurance companies to ensure speedy clearance of insurance claims. For customers, who do not have insurance, the company said it will charge zero-labour cost for their flood-affected vehicles.
The company advised its customers not to attempt to re-start the engine of a flood-affected vehicle to avoid engine damage. The company said it has planned adequate availability of genuine spare parts for all TVS customers in the state to ensure a hassle-free and quick service experience. The cost of parts, engine oil and lubricants will have to be borne by the customer, it said.
