Vijayawada: YSR Congress state secretary C. Ramachadraiah said that Telugu Desam (TD) president N. Chandrababu Naidu will go to jail very soon, as the corrupt practices in his regime are being unearthed. Mr Ramachadraiah came down on the TD for making a hue and cry on Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy completing 100 days in office.
Speaking to the media persons on Sunday in Kadapa Mr Ramachandraiah alleged that even though the people rejected Mr Naidu in the recent elections one cannot see any change in Mr Naidu. “Mr Naidu is trying to create unrest. He destroyed all the systems and the present government is now trying to put them in order,” he added.
Supporting the government’s decision to review the Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)s and Polavaram works. Mr Ramachadraiah asking the journalist present said, “What is wrong with them being reviewed?”.
The veteran leader alleged that investors have fled the state due to unprecedented corruption during Mr Naidu’s rule. “He looted crores of rupees in the name of rain guns in Anantapuram district and never respected the law. One cannot compare the unlawful regime of Mr Naidu with Mr Jagan’s honest ruling,” Mr Ramachandraiah concluded.
