Fact Check: Did a Hyderabad school Principal misbehave with a parent when questioned about fee charged?

Hyderabad: A video is viral on social media according to which the principal of DAV Public School in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, misbehaved with a parent, when the parent questioned on why extra fee was being collected by the management of the school. In the video, we can hear a female voice who is questioning a woman seen in the video about fee charged. As the argument goes on, the woman asks the guardian or parent to leave her office and tries to snatch the phone.
A claim on Twitter reads, "Hello KTR garu @KTRTRS I hope you are doing good. I just want to bring this to your notice please see the conduct of DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL Kukatpally, Hyderabad, The principal & school staff have looted the parents. Please take necessary actions. Hoping for a positive response. (sic)"

Fact Check:
Extracting key frames from the video, we did a reverse image search and found that the video was not from Hyderabad's DAV Public School. The reverse image search took us to an Opindia article published on June 26, 2020. According to the article, the viral video is from Patna's Bishop Scott Girls School. As mentioned in the article after the video had gone viral, the Director of Primary Education, Bihar, Ranjit Kumar Singh constituted a two-member investigation team, ordering an inquiry against Patna's Bishop Scott Girls School.
We also found another video of the incident shared as a thread by Twitter user Anurag Srivatsa where we can see the woman questioning the school principal on why she tried to grab her phone and people around her try to pacify her.
Though when searched the school's website, we found that the person in the viral video is NOT the Principal of the school, according to Vishvas news, which also debunked the claim, the person seen in the video is the guardian in the school.
Meanwhile, we also checked the official website of DAV Public School in Kukatpally. We found the principal's picture and that doesn't match with the women shown in the video.
Hence, the claim that the principal of DAV Public School is misbehaving with a parent is false. The viral video is from Patna's Bishop Scott Girls School.
